INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVES All aspects of call center training are very important to any call center, whether it be sales or customer service. The duties and values may be different for each call center, when it comes to providing excellent customer service. It is the agent who is dependent on. Without persistent and effective training, chances of quality customer service that a customer receives will suffer greatly. If call center agents are not giving correct information or interacting appropriately with customers, there is a chance that the call center will lose the client, in turn lose money and may have to terminate many dedicated workers. On this objective, Bangladesh Skill Development Institute (BSDI) is offering Call Center training programs. Bangladesh is now expecting all opportunities to make a comfortable place in this industry with its huge manpower, which can easily be effective and efficient. The Government has come up with some bright hopes and they have already given more 350 call center license to the interested entrepreneur. We are hoping that Bangladesh can be a very good outsourcing industry in terms of manpower, location and cost.
