Orientation Program of BSDI Polytechnic students (Telecommunication, Computer, Electrical and Civil) for the Academic Year 2009-2010 was held at Daffodil International University Auditorium on 5th November 2009. The program was held in the presence of students, guardians, management & faculty staffs. The program was chaired by the Honorable Chairman of Bangladesh Skill Development Institute & Daffodil Group, Mr. Md. Sabur Khan while Professor Md Abul Kashem, the Honorable Chairman of Bangladesh Technical Education Board was the Chief Guest. Mr. Mohammad Nuruzzaman- the Principal of BSDI, Engineer Md. Azharul Islam-the Academic Advisor of BSDI & ex- Principal of Dhaka Polytechnic Institute and Mr. K M Hasan Ripon-the Deputy Director of the Institute gave speech in the program. In the Speech, Professor Md Abul Kashem highlighted on the importance of technical education & its fastest growing demand in the world job market. He has highly appreciated BSDI Authority for their quality efforts in providing Technical Education. During the speech, Mr Md. Sabur Khan advised the students to give importance in moral education besides the Academic Qualification and Mr Mohammad Nuruzzaman described on BSDI
