In the continuation of the process of the development of human resources in Bangladesh, BSDI recently signed an agreement with Vinsys It Service (Pvt) Ltd. (www.vinsys.in), India to work jointly in Bangladesh for presenting the Project Management Services and the customized professional development programs. To promoting this joint initiative of BSDI-Vinsys through our corporate clientele, we are looking for young, energetic and self motivated person for the below mentioned position-

POSITION TITLE: Executive-Marketing & Communication

Department: Corporate Training

Number of Position: Two

Job Responsibity :

• Develop & implement of Training proposal/plan with the consent of Project Director
• Contact to the Clients & Confirm Participants
• Keeping regular contact with Corporate Clients & Reporting to Authority
• Communicate the marketing approach to customers through proper advertising
• Must fulfill the Target set by the Organization.
• Conduct a market research and get the personal opinion of the customers by using questionnaires, internet and many other resources.
• Regularly updating the HR personnel data base and communicating them.
• Understand the behavior of the end user and plan appropriate marketing techniques.
• Conduct campaign and events for the promotion of the Service.
• Understanding the potentiality of customers
• Managing the marketing budget.
• Manage the online marketing of the Service.
• Promote the product through various resources and increase the sales of the Service. Special remuneration will be given for reaching the target.

Location(s) : Dhaka

Job Type : Full-Time (9am to 5pm)

Min Education:

• BBA from any reputed university in Bangladesh
• Computer Literacy and Excellent command in written and spoken English

Required Travel: 50 to 60% (in and outside of Dhaka)

Salary: Salary and other employment benefits will be negotiable
