• Established Hotel & Tourism Management department

2004

• Established Corporate Training Division at BSDI
• Established a full free scholarship Project named Vocation Training for Youths

2005

• Work jointly with Katalyst for developing Customer Responsiveness Program for Private Healthcare Sector in Bangladesh
• Organized a full free scholarship project with NTV for the developing IT and Business Skills for unprivileged women in Bangladesh

2006

• Achieved affiliation from Bangladesh Technical Education Board to provide 4 years Diploma in Engineering program in Telecommunication & Computer Technology

2007

• Achieved affiliation from Bangladesh Technical Education Board for providing 6 months basic trade course on basic Computer Application and Graphics Design & Multimedia
• Achieved affiliation from School of Arts and Fashion Technology-India for establishing Fashion and Art Department at BSDI

• Achieved affiliation from Addvalue Training Solution-India for Special Training on Call Center at BSDI

• Organized National Workshop on Qualifying Teachers on New Technology for Vocational Teachers of Bangladesh. Bangladesh Vocational Teachers Association and Bremen University, Germany also work as a organizing partners
